Pisco Sour

2 oz Pisco
1 oz Lemon juice
1-2 tblsp Sugar
1 Ice
Egg White


Instructions

Vigorously shake and strain contents in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, then pour into glass and garnish with bitters.
