Horse's Neck

Ingredients



1 long strip Lemon peel
2 oz Brandy
5 oz Ginger ale
2 dashes Bitters


Instructions

Pour brandy and ginger ale directly into highball glass with ice cubes.
Stir gently.
Garnish with lemon zest.
If desired, add dashes of Angostura Bitter.

Glass

Serve: Highball glass
