Let the hot chocolate cool to room temperature.
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, creme de cacao, and hot chocolate.
Shake well.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Drop the cream into the center of the drink.

  • 1 1/2 oz Dark rum
  • 1/2 oz Dark Creme de Cacao
  • 2 oz Hot chocolate
  • 1 tsp Heavy cream
