Eye-Opener



In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients.
Shake well.
Strain into a sour glass.

Whiskey sour glass

  • 1 1/2 oz Light rum
  • 1/2 oz Triple sec
  • 2 tsp Pernod
  • 1 tsp white Creme de Cacao
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 tsp superfine Sugar
