In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tequila, lemon juice, sugar, and bitters.
Shake well.
Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes.
Top with the tonic water and garnish with the lime wedge.

  • 1 1/2 oz Tequila
  • 1/2 oz Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp superfine Sugar
  • 1 dash Bitters
  • 4 oz Tonic water
  • 1 Lime
